Don Hulme Retires After 45 Years of Granite Sales

Don Hulme (Eagle Granite) has announced his retirement effective January 1, 2013. Hulme has served as Sales Representative for Eagle Granite since 2006.

ELBERTON, GA, February 02, 2013 (Press-News.org) Don has over 45 years of experience with 39 of them as a sales representative and broker. He has spent the past 6 years with Eagle Granite. "The last 6 years at Eagle have been, by far, the most enjoyable and fulfilling. The office staff at Eagle has to be the best in the entire industry. Because of their tremendous efforts, the customers have received service and support far beyond anything in my first 39 years. They are not only very proficient, they enjoy helping you and your customers." Don also wants to let his customers know that "The Eagle plant is well organized and runs very efficiently. I never, on any day, felt like it was a job or chore. Every day at Eagle was fun!"

Many of his customers sent their well-wishes too: "Working with you over the past 42 plus years has been a pleasure. We have come through some good times and some bad times, but we have always survived and been better for it. Being with you and your family over the years has been a joy that few people can relate to. Your devotion to this industry and to your customers is second to none. Now that Don has retired, his plans include more volunteer time at his church, Elberton First United Methodist. He also plans on spending more time with all of his 5 grandchildren. He would like to travel and read more now that he's retired, and is confident he will have more time to follow the "Dawgs"!
