Changes to the Gold Certified Partner renewal process in 2010 made it more challenging, and its attainment compelling. This year it included providing Microsoft with customer references, and also having customers complete an in-depth satisfaction survey. Results of this survey showed that KWizCom received top scores for overall performance from its customers. The company also received high marks for ease of doing business, quality of communication and quality of sales.
