Houston Eye Doctors Designated Best Doctors & Texas Super Doctors

The Eye Clinic of Texas-a Houston Eye Associates affiliated practice-is pleased to announce that Drs. Bernard Milstein, Allan Fradkin and Da-Thuy Van have all been reviewed and elected by their peers as Best Doctors for 2013.
