TAMPA, FL, February 07, 2013 (Press-News.org) Certified FocalPoint Business Coach Dulcee Loehn will be a featured presenter at the 2013 Student &Youth Travel Association (STYA) Summit Feb. 7-10 in Captiva, Fla.
Coach Dulcee will conduct a "Navigational Coaching" workshop for business owners and executives in the student and youth travel industries. It will provide attendees with valuable leadership and coaching skills and encourage the transformation of managers into leaders. All participants will also have the unique opportunity to return for a one-on-one workshop session with Coach Dulcee on Feb. 9.
"We are only as good as the team we have around us, and the ability to develop responsible, accountable teams is critical to business success," says Coach Dulcee. "I am incredibly pleased to have the opportunity to share these skills with the Student & Youth Travel Association."
Coach Dulcee has more than 20 years of executive and operations management experience in corporate America, which has provided her with the skills necessary to partner with clients to enhance their effectiveness, profitability and quality of life.
