VENICE, FL, February 08, 2013 (Press-News.org) Kim Stephens, a Broker-Associate in the RE/MAX Alliance Group Venice office, was the Number Two agent for 2012 in the Venice Area Board of Realtors (VABR). She was second only to RE/MAX Effort Realty agent Rick Tritschler, who specializes in bank-owned properties.

Stephens ranked above more than 580 VABR agents, with a total volume of more than $12.7 million. She was the Number One Venice agent in 2011.

A real estate agent since 1997, Stephens focuses on residential properties in the Venice, Englewood, Osprey and Nokomis areas, including duplexes, single-family residences, condominiums, investment properties and 1031 exchanges.
