DENVER, CO, February 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) Streamline Painting has taken a part in renovating a part of Denver's history converting the Soergel building built in the late 1800's, into the new Inspire Apartment residences located on Detroit and Colfax. It has been told that this building, once a hotel, hosted the famous Buffalo Bill Cody when staying in Denver.
This property had sat unused and in need of construction and renovation. Extensive wall reinforcement, insulation and framing were performed by Hill Construction. Construction of the brand new for-rent apartment units has created an exciting urban residence to service the Denver metro area.
The stately red and black exterior paint applied by Streamline Painting of Denver on the 1504 Detroit Street building, make this corner of Denver and this new residence - attractive, updated and inviting! 36 individual units are housed within the building. Complete interior painting and attractive accent colors accentuate the modern architecture and amenities for its new residents.
