A Gold Award in the 2012 Nationals Awards is the most recent testimonial to Pardee Homes' sustained track record of market-responsive new home designs. LivingSmart Homes Parkside Plan 3 in Lake Elsinore took a Gold Award for detached housing design of 1,500 to 2,500 square feet. The Nationals highlight the annual International Building Show (IBS), sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders, and were held January 22 in Las Vegas."The judges noted how well this design maximizes a compact plan size to create an inviting and affordable home," said Lisa Parrish, judging chair. "It's practical, versatile and stylish and was the clear winner in its category."
