BROOKLYN, NY, February 18, 2013 (Press-News.org) Solidoodle, the most affordable 3D printer on the market according to ABC, will hold its first official press conference on Thursday, February 28th at 10:00 am. The press conference will be held at Ensemble, located at 1150 Avenue of the Americas, 6th floor. Over 100 members of the media will be present to hear about the industry-shaking steps Solidoodle is taking to assert itself as the world leader in affordable desktop 3D printing. Solidoodle will announce several key partnerships as well as discuss the company's efforts to impact the defense, art, education, design, fashion and consumer industries. Solidoodle will also announce its newly created emerging global markets operations with several noted worldwide distribution channels.

This is an "invitation only" event. Guests will be treated to a small luncheon. A short question and answer session follows. A demonstration wraps up the event with a presentation on Solidoodle and its revolutionary efforts to combine technological proficiency with economic viability as the company looks toward making a lasting effect on our culture while advancing manufacturing independence. Ensemble will give a guided tour of their high tech facility.

Soliconnect: Brooklyn Factory Tour - February 28, 4PM

Following the morning conference, Solidoodle will open its factory doors to members of the tech media. The event titled "Soliconnect" is geared towards the distinguished members of the tech industry who will join Solidoodle owner & creator Sam Cervantes for an in-depth tour of its cutting-edge, made-in-America fabrication process. This is a two-part event, starting with the press conference with Solidoodle CEO Sam Cervantes, who first led 3D printing company Makerbot to the top of its field having served as its COO. As a manufacturing pioneer, having worked in the tech field for over two decades and an aerospace engineer, Cervantes brings an innovative mind to the field of manufacturing technology combined with his degrees in aerospace engineer and business manufacturing and his acute eye for brilliant inventions.

On schedule for the trendsetting Soliconnect event are an introduction to our dynamic production process, a look at our groundbreaking year, a glimpse at the Solidoodle distinction of having the most affordable 3D printer in the market, and a look towards a greener Solidoodle future. There will also be a peek at the unique innovative designs of the Solidoodle and why it has the largest build in its class as well as a look towards the future of Solidoodle.

Dream IT - March 14, 6PM
Solidoodle will join forces with Ensemble to launch Dream IT- a half day event geared to underscoring the impact of Solidoodle in the 3d printing market. The event will take place at Ensemble- Solidoodle 3D Manhattan Auxiliary located in the heart of Bryant Park. On schedule will be "Solifusion," a presentation by VIP Solidoodlers who have used the Solidoodle to start their own businesses. In the "Solistudio" part of the program, artists will showcase their artwork created using Solidoodle 3D printers. Solidoodle will also premiere "Doodleland," a comprehensive collection of the magnificent "Solivisuals" printed by Solidoodlers, displayed in an artistic and stylish fashion.

Preceding the March 14th event, Solidoodle will hold a special exhibition on March 7th at its Bryant Park Ensemble Manhattan 3D Auxiliary located at 1150 Avenue of the Americas, 6th floor.
