PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ, February 19, 2013 (Press-News.org) On February 18, 2013, Real Senior Living Reviews (RSLR) is launching its online review site for the senior care industry. Real Senior Living Reviews allows companies in the senior care industry to put their reviews directly on their website. Besides online reviews, RSLR also helps senior care companies build and maintain an online reputation management system. For more information, visit http://www.realseniorlivingreviews.com
Real Senior Living Reviews' mission, unlike other review sites, is focused on the companies rather than the reviewers and end users. Their mission is "to provide senior services with quality customer feedback in order to improve customer care and service, increase brand value, and protect online reputation." With a Real Senior Living Reviews Membership, corporate members can add a "Review Engine" to their website which allows visitors to read reviews and add their own. Members can also create a Micro-Site, which is a one-page, company branded website on RSLR. To learn more about online reviews with RSLR, visit http://www.realseniorlivingreviews.com/overview.
Online reviews are only part of a larger online marketing movement that is online reputation management, according to Liz Levenson, RSLR's Chief Reputation Director. She believes building and maintaining a positive online image is crucial in today's internet-driven society. "The problem is that there are so many options, so much to do, and so many ways to make mistakes when it comes to online marketing that companies are afraid to start. Not having any online presence is just as bad as having a negative one. Our goal is to educate these companies in the importance of creating and managing a positive online reputation, and help them to achieve that." Levenson says that a large component of that is getting and sharing online reviews.
The idea for Real Senior Living Reviews came out of Levenson's work with her parents' business, Sigma Web Marketing, which provides inbound marketing services for the senior care industry. "As we began working with these companies, we saw gaping holes in what the companies were providing online, versus what their prospects were looking for." One of those holes was reviews. According to the Opinion Research Corporation, 84% of Americans say online reviews influence their purchasing decisions. "We look at reviews for everything. Word-of-mouth is such a powerful motivator. Why isn't every company in every industry scrambling to get reviews, on their website and off?" Levenson argues.
