Family Law Attorney Porter Corrigan from McCurley Orsinger Named Rising Legal Star in San Antonio

San Antonio attorney Porter Corrigan of the Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., has been selected on the S.A. Scene Magazine listing of legal Rising Stars.

DALLAS, TX, February 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) Attorney R. Porter Corrigan II, an associate at the Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., has been selected among San Antonio's legal "Rising Stars" by S.A. Scene Magazine.

The listing recognizes San Antonio's leading young attorneys who have been practicing law for less than 10 years. The complete "S.A. Law: Rising Stars" list appears in the February 2013 issue of S.A. Scene Magazine.

"Porter is indeed one of the leading young attorneys, not just in San Antonio, but the entire state," says Mike McCurley, a name partner in the firm. "Those in Central Texas are just the ones who benefit most directly from his work."

Mr. Corrigan is a member of the Family Law sections of the San Antonio Bar Association and State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association and San Antonio Young Lawyers Association. His work in Family Law cases has helped him earn multiple selections to the annual Texas Rising Stars list published by Thomson Reuters' legal division.

Mr. Corrigan earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2007 after graduating with his Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas in 2002.
