Michael Seger of Seger Realty, Inc. was named one of America's top real estate professionals by The Wall Street Journal, REAL Trends and LORE. He is now a member of "The Real Estate Top 400," a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the three respected publications. Seger is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1.1 million REALTORS nationwide.

The Real Estate Top 400 was announced August 10th with four separate categories honoring the top 100 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:

According to The Real Estate Top 400, Seger had 323 Transaction sides totaling over $30 Million in sales for 2009 alone, ranking him 21st in the nation in Transaction side volume.
