EDMONTON, AB, February 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) Pre-registration has begun for the latest 1 and 2 bedroom loft apartments designed by the BCM Development architects. Located in the stylish Whyte Community, the 105 new Fuzion lofts will be available in 26 different floor plans including units with 1 or 2 bedrooms only or 1 and 2 bedrooms with dens as well as top floor lofts. Residents may choose units that get morning or afternoon sun or units on either the busier or quieter sides of the development.
The newest Edmonton lofts are constructed of sturdy, non-combustible steel and concrete for the maximum safety of residents. Retail spaces are soon to be open near the new Fuzion development, and many will be within walking distance of the lofts. Trendy restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, markets and offices are all conveniently located in close proximity to the Fuzion lofts.
Now is the time to pre-register for loft units, because Edmonton builders are beginning to do finish work on the interior of some of the lofts. Those who are pre-registered may make their own finishing choices. Heated underground parking is available and each unit includes 1 stall. Extra stalls may be purchased as available. Condo fees cover heat, air conditioning, water and insurance on the building structure.

Why Insuring Your Business Is Important
2013-02-22
Take a look at your business from a different angle - it's a culmination of all your ideas, time and money. Any home-based or small business which doesn't consider insurance for their business is putting their hard work - and livelihood - at risk.
If you have insurance for your home, in the same way, you should be protecting your business' assets as well as you and any staff from liability claims. If you employ even one person under a contract of service or apprenticeship, it's a legal requirement that you provide cover for them should they be injured or suffer damage ...
