ORLANDO, FL, October 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) As travel agents ramp up for the busy holiday season, the all-inclusive Almond Resorts, located on two of the Caribbean's hottest islands, has developed an online travel agent rewards program as exceptional as the properties themselves.
Agents who complete the online program will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a brand new iPad. Once the winner is announced on Dec. 15, the iPad will be delivered directly to the agent's home just in time for the holidays.
The new interactive program educates Team Almond members on everything from the exhilarating excursions, to the For You. About You. team concept.
Recognizing travel agents are their strongest partner, Almond Resorts is committed to creating a knowledgeable group of specialists eager to book travel to one of the five resorts in Barbados and St. Lucia, while offering exciting travel agents rewards for nights booked.
To assist agents in communicating the unforgettable vacation experiences to travelers, the program consists of six training modules, including Almond Resorts Facts, Almond Resorts Experiences, The Resorts, Almond Resorts Family and Adult Concept, Almond Romance and, finally, information on the Team Almond Travel Agent Rewards Program.
The modules are designed to provide a well-rounded knowledge base of accommodations, dining, experiences, facilities, services and more. Additionally, the program allows travel agents to edit their personal details, monitor their progress of the online training, become a Team Almond member and register bookings to redeem free nights and earn cash bonus incentives.
By joining Team Almond, travel agents may book their clients at any Almond Resort for four nights or more and receive a free night for two, including accommodations and site inspections.
Whether booking directly with Almond Resorts or through a preferred Tour Operator, each booking earns members various levels of free nights and cash incentives for personal use. Once Ambassador status, the highest level of Team Almond, is achieved after seven bookings, agents earn $200 for every subsequent booking.
For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, Almond specialists earn $25 per room, plus up to seven free nights. Additional perks and details are outlined within the Team Almond Rewards Program module on the training site.
