CHAPEL HILL, NC, March 03, 2013 (Press-News.org) The 90-minute Continuing Legal Education webinar will focus on IRA beneficiary trusts, a new estate planning tool that has grown in popularity for individuals with IRAs and other retirement plans. IRA beneficiary trusts offer multiple benefits, such as preservation of income, tax deferral, and creditor protection. Designed for financial advisors and attorneys, this webinar explains how to effectively navigate minimum distribution rules, income tax and asset protection elections, establish sub-share trusts, meet critical deadlines and more.
