Processed over the last several years by George Baker, President of DEVCO Builders LLC, the project is a planned single-family detached residential development that consists of 107 home sites located south of East Palm Canyon Drive in Cathedral City. Tesoro is the Spanish word for "treasure" which is fitting considering what exciting features come with this residential project.
