The Grape at Coconut Point Event to Benefit the Troubled Waters of the Gulf Coast

The Grape at Coconut Point is hosting a N'awlins-style feast dedicated to the distressed areas of our beloved Gulf Coast.

ESTERO, FL, August 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) Head to The Grape at Coconut Point for a N'awlins-style feast at the 'Low Country Shrimp & Crawfish Boil Beach Party' on Sunday, August 29 at 5:00pm.

As Shrimp & Crawfish are boiled in big pots on the patio guests will enjoy live funk/soul/R&B music, Barefoot wines and local Louisiana favorite, Abita Beer. Certified Jewelers of Naples will be on-hand to polish jewelry and showcase their unique Sea Life & Estate pieces.

"The Shrimp & Crawfish Boil is an event dedicated to the distressed areas of our beloved Gulf Coast," said Joseph Sofia, owner of The Grape at Coconut Point. "We are very excited to be able to donate funds to the rescue and restoration of the environment."

Abita Beer recently established 'SOS - A Charitable Fund'. Abita donates 75 of each SOS bottle sold to assist with the rescue and restoration of the environment, industry and individuals fighting to survive the disastrous oil spill. Additional items will be auctioned to help raise money for the SOS Charitable Fund.
