Musikgarten of Trinity Lone Oak announces grand opening at Trinity Lone Oak Lutheran Church in Eagan beginning Sept. 20

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, August 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) Musikgarten of Trinity Lone Oak (www.MusikgartenTrinityLoneOak.com) announces its opening at Trinity Lone Oak Lutheran Church beginning Sept. 20, 2010. Located at 2950 Hwy 55, Eagan, MN 55121, the renowned early childhood music program is offering classes for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers up to age 5. It is designed to nurture the child's music aptitude by engaging families in singing and movement activities which attune the ear, refine the voice, and develop a rhythmic body.

"Musikgarten is the only program that is based on a keen understanding of how children learn, in both a general sense and, specifically, how they learn music," says owner Emily Ireland, adding that each semester, families add to their home library with a new CD, songbook, and instruments.

Specific Musikgarten classes include:
All Together Now - capturing the magic of nursery rhymes in a versatile mixed-age curricula (for ages birth to 5 years old); Family Music for Babies - A parent/child bonding experience that immerses the child in singing, playful activities, bouncing, rocking and exploring instruments (for ages 6 weeks-18 months); Family Music for Toddlers - an energetic, exploratory experience combining singing, listening, playing instruments, and expressive movement (for ages 16 months to 3 years old); and Cycle of Seasons - a musical celebration of the four seasons (for children ages 3 to 5 years old.)

Affordable Group Piano Lessons
In addition, affordable group piano lessons are offered and are priced affordably at just $18 for a full hour. These classes are unique in the Twin Cities area and are based on comprehensive research on how people best learn music. In comparison, many other piano studios charge at least $25 for only a half hour lesson.
