LeaseLabs DZAP Group Under New Ownership

SAN DIEGO, CA, March 07, 2013 (Press-News.org) Dana Zeff and Steven Ozbun acquire full ownership of multifamily marketing firms, LeaseLabs and The DZAP Group, with Zeff named President, CEO and Ozbun, Vice President, Managing Partner.

The DZAP Group and all divisions, including LeaseLabs , are now under full ownership of Dana Zeff and Steven Ozbun. Zeff had previously owned a 50 percent stake in the company with her co founding partner and has since purchased his ownership and has made Steven Ozbun the new Vice President & Managing Partner of both firms. Ozbun was previously the National Director of Account Development.

This announcement comes during a time of record growth for the LeaseLabs brand. In October, LeaseLabs was awarded the 2012 National Association of Home Builder's Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Property Website for the Domain by Alta community website, owned by Wood Partners.

Founded in 2002, The DZAP Group began with 3 employees building websites for high-end apartment communities.
