SPRING HILL, FL, March 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) As that burning question continues to be asked, Save The Radio! An Irish-influenced modern rock duo from Tampa Bay, Florida throws down the gauntlet for all to see and hear.

THIS WEEK (3/5/13) marks the Digital and Physical Release of their first full-length album entitled: PARALLEL DIVIDES
The album features a SIDE FM (The Rock Side) and SIDE AM (The Acoustic Based Side). PARALLEL DIVIDES title as Singer/Guitarist Shawn Scheller suggests is "Two ways of showing the bands versatility side by side"

SAVE THE RADIO! 's PARALLEL DIVIDES is an AAA/AOR Program Director's dream featuring potential hit after potential from the punk-ish title track to the radio-ready "Reasons To Believe" and remade covers of Cutting Crew's 'I've been in love before' and Bruce Springsteen's 'Dancing in the Dark' done acoustically.

Established in 2008. Save The Radio! perform a live style dubbed as "electro-acoustica": a fusion of acoustic instruments, pre-amp effects and software technology. S.T.R!'s sound blends elements of 90's College Rock, Dark Wave, Power Pop and White Soul to establish their unique identity in the Music Industry. Their original material draws comparisons to Shawn Smith(Brad/Satchel),Gavin DeGraw, Billy Joel, Coldplay, Social Distortion, Tonic, Theory of a Dead Man, Tears For Fears and Abbey-Road era Beatles.

On March 22, 2013 Save The Radio! Will be the support act for the reunited Saigon Kick at The State Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida. Press, Radio and Label Representatives are encouraged to attend.
