Dr. Penterson has been practicing dentistry in Midlothian, VA for over 25 years. He moved to the Richmond area in 1977 with his wife, Cathy, to attend the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, and graduated in 1981 with the student award for excellence in periodontics. Dr. Penterson's son-in-law, Dr. Stephen Booth, joined the practice in 2005 and continues to work part-time as a dentist for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he graduated magna cum laude. In 2007, Dr. Lynn Penterson Booth joined her father and husband at Penterson & Booth.
