Call Center Services Provider, AnswerNow, Attends 26th Annual StarTel National User's Group Conference

GLENDALE, AZ, March 19, 2013 (Press-News.org) Call center services provider, AnswerNow, recently returned from attending the 26th Annual StarTel National User Group (SNUG) conference. This year's event was held March 3-6, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, California.

SNUG consists of outsourcing call center service providers and health systems using Startel call center equipment. Ranging in size from three to 100+ seats, members work together to solve business challenges and leverage opportunities. The annual SNUG conference provides an excellent forum for learning and networking.

AnswerNow actively participates in the SNUG conferences each year. The company is ATSI/SNUG 99.999% run time site certified, which means AnswerNow has the disaster recovery measures in place to maintain 99.999% run time. At this year's event, Kelly Weiss gave a presentation explaining the use of thin clients in the call center. During his talk, Weiss compared thin clients to PC workstations and discussed the backend components. He outlined the process involved in switching a call center to thin clients.
