Marti Hampton Named No. 1 RE/MAX Realty Team Leader In The U.S. And No. 3 Team Leader Worldwide

Resident Real Estate Professional Honored With National, Global Recognition

2013-03-20
RALEIGH, NC, March 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) Marti Hampton, leader of Team Marti at RE/MAX One in Raleigh (http://www.martihampton.com/) has earned the No. 1 ranking among RE/MAX Realty residential team leaders in the U.S. Additionally, she is listed as No. 3 among RE/MAX Realty's worldwide team leaders for total commissions, which include those for both commercial and residential listings. Hampton's recent rankings are the latest in a long list of awards and recognition for both her and Team Marti. She has consistently received top rankings in lists compiled by the Wall Street Journal, Triangle Business Journal, RE/MAX and other organizations. Since 1987, she has maintained her ranking in the top one percent of brokers nationwide.

Raleigh's Nationally and Globally Recognized Real Estate Team
As the only North Carolina team leader ranked in the top ten of RE/MAX's Top 100 U.S. team leaders list, Hampton has cemented her spot as the state's top RE/MAX agent. For more than 25 years, Marti has helped Raleigh-area clients buy and sell real estate.

"I'm both honored and humbled by these rankings," said Hampton. "For me, what it represents is a recognition that my team and I are out there every day doing the best possible job for each of our clients."

Hampton's rankings on the RE/MAX lists have been achieved during a time when the real estate market has experienced significant turmoil. "Even when things were at their worst, my team and I just kept pushing forward—helping our clients navigate a very tumultuous market," explained Hampton. "Because, no matter what the market is doing, our job as real estate professionals is to consistently provide our clients the best possible service, advice and guidance."

RE/MAX Named #1 Real Estate Company in Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500
Hampton's top RE/MAX ranking comes at an exciting time for the company, which was recently awarded the No. 1 ranking for real estate companies in Entrepreneur magazine's annual Franchise 500 list. 2012 marks the tenth time the company has earned a No. 1 ranking in the past 14 years.

"We are fortunate to have the very best brokers and agents in the business," said Margaret Kelley, CEO of RE/MAX. "It is our privilege to provide them with innovative tools that make the home buying and selling process more efficient. Being able to successfully guide buyers and sellers in ways that result in the best outcome for them is an opportunity I treasure far more than the accolades."
