DURHAM, NC, March 21, 2013 (Press-News.org) Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW) (http://www.hcwbenefits.com), a health and welfare benefits brokerage and consulting firm that designs, manages and implements employee benefit programs, has announced that the firm has named Mandy Heugel and Gabrielle Turner as client service representatives. In their positions, they will assist clients by handling a variety of benefits management issues, including billing, claims and administrative concerns. HCW is one of the only employee benefit firms in North Carolina that has dedicated people on staff to assist clients with wellness programs and promoting wellness to clients' employees.
Prior to her position at HCW, Heugel served as the office manager at Heritage Chiropractic Wellness Center in Wake Forest, N.C., where her activities included marketing, sales, event planning, website design and insurance billing. She received her Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. A native of Morehead City, N.C., she resides in Raleigh with her husband.
Turner brings a decade of customer service experience to HCW. HCW was immediately impressed with the level of customer focus she takes pride in delivering - servicing clients, resolving concerns and always with a clear understanding that her own actions and commitment guarantee positive results in client situations. She received her Associate of Science from Ancilla Domini College in Donaldson, Ind., and her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of Bourbon, Ind., Turner resides in Holly Springs, N.C., with her family.
