STUART, FL, March 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) America's doctor, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Emmy Award-winning host of "The Dr. Oz Show" and national wellness expert, will be making a personal appearance and presentation at the Health & Wellness Festival 2013 at The Gardens Mall on March 23, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with sponsorship partner WPBF 25.

H2Ocean will be among the vendors promoting healthy living and total wellness. The Health & Wellness Festival 2013 will be a multifaceted event, featuring fitness and cooking demonstrations, product demonstrations, informative health care service booths, special activities and an opportunity to meet with select physicians and health care professionals.

Dr. Oz will make a special presentation titled, "Change Your Life," at noon on stage in the Grand Court, sharing the life-changing lessons he's learned during his time as a heart surgeon and Emmy Award-winning talk show host. He'll take a deeper look at motivation and what makes people the most likely to make that change.
