RoseBay International Opens Office In Historic Rosemary District

Real Estate Brokerage Opens Office in Downtown Sarasota, Florida

SARASOTA, FL, March 24, 2013 (Press-News.org) RoseBay International Inc., a real estate brokerage with offices in Bradenton and Sarasota, has opened a satellite office in the up-and-coming historic Rosemary district in downtown Sarasota.

The office is located at 423 Central Avenue, on the first floor commercial level of the three-story building on the corner of Central Avenue and Fourth Street. RoseBay manages the condominiums on the second and third floors of the building.

"This new office not only will help us better serve our residential real estate and property management clients, but will support our expanding commercial real estate efforts," said Broker Magdiel "Mike" Rosario.
