Marcia attended Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon where she received her B.A. in Political Science. Marcia received her J.D. at Catholic University, Columbus School of Law while residing in Washington, D.C.

Marcia has a vast amount of experience practicing family law including a decade acting as a Guardian ad Litem for children and the elderly. Marcia's child custody experience is a substantial asset to the firm's custody litigation team.

Marcia has also handled complex financial divorce cases throughout her career. Her mastery of the prevailing case law and civil rules in Washington state allows her to provide clients with strong accurate advice.

In addition to her complex family law litigation experience, Marcia received her Certificate of Mediation Training through Alhadeff & Forbes Mediation Services. This training has allowed Marcia to use her skills in mediating settlement in complex divorce cases.
