FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, March 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) With a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 stars, Goldfingers Skin Care has won the prestigious Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Beauty Salons & Spas category.
The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S., honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's Power Rating . Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.
Goldfingers Skin Care, located in the Oak Groves Shops, has been serving the Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary and Maitland communities since 2004. It is a total facial and skin care salon, helping patients with even the worst skin conditions.
"It is our mission to make patients feel strong and positive through great skin," says Owner My Pham. "When a patient feels beautiful they are more confident and successful."
Pham is a trained aesthetician who specializes in total skin care and can take care of all skin types and concerns. The salon's medical director, Dr. James Young, has been called "Dr. Goldfingers" by patients because of his incredible skill in the use of fillers, which has recently led the business to be recognized by clients as the best place in town for fillers. "Dr. Young's eye for subtlety allows the patient to make positive changes that make them look refreshed and younger," says Pham.
Providing the best possible customer experience is the salon's ultimate goal, says Pham. "We are accommodating and courteous, always ensuring the patients get both quality and value."
Pham credits the staff members for their role in the salon's high customer satisfaction rating. "Our staff is very happy. And their dedication to passing on that positive spirit has helped our patients feel good throughout their visit," says Pham.
Pham, Young and the entire team are proud of their Talk of the Town Award. But more importantly, they say it helps reassure new patients who might be hesitant about certain therapies. "When patients see that we have done a great job and other patients recommend us, they are more confident in us," says Pham.
Goldfingers Skin Care is located at 995 North State Road 434, Suite 203 in Altamonte Springs. For more information about hours and services, call 407-620-8508.
