Strategic Five Marketing Credit Resilience For Success To Date

Business resilience is the new buzz word, but what does it actually mean? Ben Lambert at Strategic Five Marketing insists that the power of resilience has driven Strategic Five Marketing's success during a challenging economic situation.

2013-03-27
BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND, March 27, 2013 (Press-News.org) Strategic Five Marketing have revealed their power of resilience in today's tough economy. The outsourced marketing company based in Birmingham, have reported growth for every quarter throughout 2012. "Outsourcing is a very cost-effective marketing tool for many companies, especially since the credit crunch"; says managing director Ben Lambert. "Therefore, the outsourcing market is very competitive and we have continuously focused on our goals in order to achieve such great result and further growth over the past months", continues Ben Lambert. The current quarter looks promising as well with an estimated increase of almost five percent on Strategic Five Marketing's ROI compared to the fourth quarter of 2012. Ben Lambert insists that resilience is his secret to the current success.

Resilience seems to be the new buzz word for businesses, but what does it actually mean to be resilient? According to an article published on Continuitycentral.com, resilience is described as the ability of a company's business operations to rapidly adapt and respond to internal and external dynamic changes such as opportunities, demands, disruptions or threats, and continue operations with as little impact as possible to the organisation. Ben Lambert, managing director at Strategic Five Marketing explains: "Most UK businesses have been affected by the economic turndown. The market has changed, so we have to constantly adapt to new situations, be able to evolve and reconsider our approach to challenging circumstances on a daily basis. Resilience has become crucial for us to succeed."

Dean Becker, president and CEO of Adaptiv Learning Systems, a company that develops and delivers programmes about resilience training, explains: "More than education, more than experience, more than training, a person's level of resilience will determine who succeeds and who fails" (hbr.org). Managing director Ben Lambert is getting ready for 2013 by evaluating the current economic climate and its forecast for this year. According to an article published on Guardian.co.uk, a less vigorous recovery has been predicted in the UK, mainly influenced by the ongoing euro zone crisis. Strategic Five Marketing however plan to continuously power through this year and expect to further expand their market reach. "We will maintain our consistent support to our clients by recognising future challenges and trends, and act in order to continue operations as effective as possible", summarises Ben Lambert at Strategic Five Marketing who aspires to continuous growth through resilience in the coming years.
