COLUMBIA, MD, March 30, 2013 (Press-News.org) "Proposal Writing Tools for Success," the next course in the Government Contracting Institute, will take place at bwtech@UMBC's Cyber Incubator (5520 Research Park Drive Baltimore, MD 21228) on April 16, 2013. Instructor and subject matter expert Robert Frey will provide attendees with the skills and tools necessary to respond convincingly to a Request for Proposal (RFP) or task order requirement.
The focus of the course is creating a winning proposal which includes understanding how proposal responses are evaluated, what government evaluators want to see, structuring the response so that they find it easily and find what they read to be both compliant and compelling. In addition, the top five reasons for failure, how to prepare for oral presentations, and how to request and prepare for a debrief are all topics to be covered during the course.
This course will help companies write proposals effectively and efficiently, with clear focus on tangible and intangible benefits to the customer's mission and evolving business requirements. Businesses that want to increase the overall impact and win probability of their proposals will be well served by this course and knowledgeable instructor.
