Team Fitness America Orange County Personal Trainer Of The Month Awarded

NEWTOWN, PA, August 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) Team Fitness America announces their August Personal Trainer Of The Month. From Orange County, California, Blaire Camarda has demonstrated what it takes to be chosen as a Top Personal Trainer of Team Fitness America from a nationwide team of personal trainers. Camarda was chosen for the prestigious Team Fitness America Personal Trainer Of The Month award due to her ability to work with many different types of clients and personalities while still offering great customer service and unwavering results.

Camarda, who is also in line for personal trainer of the year, is an excellent personal trainer possessing a degree with concentration in athletic training and a double minor in Coaching/PE and Nutrition. Her passion for fitness began with her love for basketball and she still gives back to the community by coaching high school girl's basketball, softball and coed cross-country. Since a love of sports and athletics runs deep with Camarda, she knew from an early age that her passion for health and fitness was going to be her career. She came on board with Team Fitness America in September 2009 and rarely will she turn a client away. She has been known to take on a wide variety of clients because she loves what she does and it is evident in their results.

Team Fitness America offers clients the opportunity to experience fitness training with one of their stellar personal trainers throughout 17 states. Team Fitness America started announcing a top personal trainer of the month to showcase one individual's talent and ability to provide not only a satisfying workout with measurable results but also great customer service. Each month they have announced top personal trainers from places such as Miami, Los Angeles, Baltimore, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, but this month the city of Huntington Beach in Orange County takes the first place prize from housing the top personal trainer.

Camarda will drive countless miles to see her clients and it shows through her testimonials and results of each client. She has mastered every requirement of Team Fitness America with providing nutritional advice, sports workouts, aquatic workouts, athletic and sports conditioning workouts, yoga, Pilates, strength training and cardio conditioning workouts. She combines her nutritional background to provide a full and well rounded plan for each client that she comes in contact with.

Camarda has worked with women, men, and teens to encourage them to workout, lose weight and live longer healthier lives. She combines her passion for fitness to help others achieve their goal while encouraging her clients every step of the way from establishing fitness journals to daily motivational tips and follow up with each client, she has exceeded Team Fitness America's expectations of a personal trainer and a team player.

"Overall, I take a concentration on improving overall health with developing a better quality of life and I believe in providing each client with workouts they enjoy doing while setting goals and providing a challenge to each individual," said Camarda.

"By working with me, each client has the option of combining the workout sessions with a nutritional guidance and instruction plan," added Camarda.

"I got a package of sessions as a gift and I was matched with Blaire who I love so much that I have bought 3 more packages of sessions just to work with her," said Barb, who is a Team Fitness America.

"I have had some minor physical issues and was a bit afraid of having a trainer, but Blaire has been fantastic," said Mary, another client of Team Fitness America.

"My apprehension is gone and I am seeing some great results because she motivates me and I want to actually work out and look forward to her coming to my house and motivating me each week," added Mary.
