Summer Street Advisors, LLC Kicks-Off 2013 Quarterly Roundtable Series

Founder Hosts Event Focused on the 'Big Picture' of CRE and CMBS

2013-04-05
WESTPORT, CT, April 05, 2013 (Press-News.org) On March 27, 2013, Jack Mullen, Founder and Principal of Summer Street Advisors, LLC, began his 2nd Annual Quarterly Roundtable Networking Breakfast Series at The Yale Club in New York City. Mr. Mullen's invite-only presentation was based on his recently published article "Look Beyond 'Bricks and Sticks' to Fix CRE's Future."

Building on the successful series in 2012, the event drew participants from various financial and real estate investment firms, including Goldman Sachs, Johnson Capital, Ares Management, and Deloitte.

"While the trends in CRE and CMBS are clearly positive, a number of economic and other marketplace factors still exist which are impacting momentum," said Mr. Mullen. "But today's group agreed that the way we position, analyze and resolve deals today will have a profound effect on every deal we handle in the future."

"The informal setting, along with the caliber of attendees, encourages an interactive and open dialog that is not typical in a day-to-day office setting," continued Mullen. "I'm looking forward to continuing the discussion throughout the series this year."

The second installment of Mr. Mullen's 2013 Roundtable Series is in the planning stages. For information on upcoming events and to register in advance, please email info@summerstreetre.com.
