MINNEAPOLIS, MN, April 05, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) along with Brandography, a full-service digital marketing firm, are sponsoring a "Doggone Worst Website" contest.
SPACC members can nominate and then vote on websites for businesses or individuals within the Twin Cities that they believe need redesigning. The winner will receive a free website makeover along with numerous digital marketing services from Brandography to support and revitalize their business.
The SPACC, comprised of over 1,200 businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations, is committed to serving the Twin Cities business community through education, networking, and advocacy. Anyone is able to nominate a website, provided they have a SPACC sponsor to post the submission. All submissions should include a brief justification of 150 words or less citing why the nominated website needs a makeover. The top five nominations will be sent to open voting by the public, and all five will receive a 25 percent discount for digital marketing services provided by Brandography. Every nomination will receive a 10 percent discount.
The top-voted website will receive a $10,000 value package from Brandography, which includes services such as a new mobile-optimized website, content review, a content management system, photos and videos, SEO, remarketing advice, a social media consultation, $200 worth of advertising for new Google PPC accounts, ROI reporting, logo retouching and multiple promotional press release submissions. The SPACC sponsor who nominated the winning website will also receive a prize.
The website transformation will be completed in 45 days or less. During this time, Brandography will feature a series of blog posts detailing the key points of the redesign to educate readers on optimizing websites and also providing additional promotional benefits for the winning business/individual.
