Historic Little Italy Makes a Comeback 180 - A Neapolitan Eatery Gives Little Italy Back to New Yorkers

The grand opening of 180 Neapolitan Eatery has New Yorkers buzzing with excitement over its hidden location, through a speakeasy-esque elevator entrance.

2013-04-05
NEW YORK, NY, April 05, 2013 (Press-News.org) The grand opening of 180 Neapolitan Eatery has New Yorkers buzzing with excitement over its hidden location, through a speakeasy-esque elevator entrance. The intimate venue is quickly becoming the local foodie's destination for authentic Neapolitan cuisine, giving Little Italy hope for a comeback of precedent measures. This quintessential Neapolitan Eatery is the first of its kind, adapted by a team contrived of culinarions, masons, cicerones and brand architects.

Strategically named after its address, 180 Hester Street by Restaurateur and Co-Founder of Stuffed Artisan Cannolis, Anthony Fontana along side his brother Olive Oil Manufacturer and Restauranteur Louis Fontana, with aim to give all who enter an aristocratic experience in its nature. Those privy to the strategically hidden elevator entrance find "La Dolce Vita" on the other side of the door. The custom designed ambiance and old world warmth from the hand-crafted wood burning brick oven are merely supporting characters along side "Pizzaioli" Salvatore Olivella.

About 180 Neapolitan Eatery:
180 is the tangible New Yorker's Neapolitan Eatery. This hybrid cultivation was created with the creed to make dining out an experience from the first step inside to farewells on the street. Master Chef Salvatore Olivella has designed a Menu fusing family recipes passed down over three generations ago in Naples, Italy with a modern day spin. We guarantee a comfort reminiscent of childhood happiness with every bite, the unexplained sudden ability to speak Italian... and a hankering for seconds upon your departure!
