The NCCBA is a non-profit association made up of China-focused professionals and businesses. The NCCBA serves as a major catalyst in bridging the China-North Carolina business relationship. Qin's role as vice president will utilize her expertise by focusing her efforts on intellectual property issues encountered by members.
Qin, who is a native of China and is fluent in Mandarin, holds a doctorate in astrophysics and has a wealth of engineering and legal experience. As a patent attorney, her practice focuses on preparing and filing patent applications, and obtaining patents internationally for her clients. Qin has worked with patented technology in a variety of technical fields, with particular expertise in wireless communication and networking technologies.
