CHARLOTTE, NC, April 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) (Charlotte, NC) - Creative Loafing and Sysco are proud to present the first annual Iron Fork!

The 2013 Iron Fork event, slated for April 17th at Centerstage@NODA, will showcase five of Charlotte's best chefs battling it out in a head-to-head competition that will be judged by four local foodies and celebrities.

This year's competitors include Chef Luca Annunziata of Passion 8, Chef Geoff Bragg of Peculiar Rabbit, Chef Nicolas Daniels of Wooden Vine, Chef Zack Gadberry of Vivace, and Chef Troy Gagliardo of FOX Charlotte.

Tickets are $25 each and include food samples from local restaurants, a variety of cocktails, and layers of entertainment. A portion of proceeds from this event benefit Ace & TJ's Grin Kids. Purchase tickets in advance at: CLCLT.com/ironfork2013
