SEATTLE, WA, April 12, 2013 (Press-News.org) Monarca Language, an online resource for children's Spanish learning materials, is now entering the world of música with the launch of their first mini-album showcasing one-of-a-kind children's Spanish music. Perfectly in tune with the playfulness of Spring time, "Las Aventuras de Tutuca" (Tutuca's Adventures) engages children ages 2 to 7 years old with original Spanish songs to further develop youngsters' Spanish speaking abilities through their love of music. Let Tutuca the monkey lead little ones on an expedition to help them find their way towards Spanish fluency.
"Las Aventuras de Tutuca" is a small collection of 5 thematic songs performed entirely en Español, which covers a wide range of topics including animals, body parts, actions, numbers, clothing, and fruit. Each song tells a whimsical story with engaging characters and a fun, upbeat tempo to encourage children to sing along. Recorded live with real instruments in a beautiful, Andean folk style, each song is composed of simple lyrics, clearly pronounced, to strengthen the second language acquisition experience.
"We have been creating original educational materials for children learning Spanish for more than 10 years," says Angelica Camargo founder of Monarca Language Center and a native from Mexico City. "Studies have shown the benefits of learning a language during the early, developmental years, but children don't always want to sit still for a lesson plan. Through our new 'Las Aventuras de Tutuca' album, we hope to challenge and inspire children to learn Spanish as a second language while reinforce their Spanish native language in a way they can enjoy. Our mission is to create materials which teachers and parents can use to help children learn, dance and sing to the tunes of Español."
Through handcrafted and teacher-tested materials, Monarca Language supplies the necessary tools for preschool and kindergarten children (ages 2-6) to elevate their Spanish-language skills to the next level. Monarca Language's "Las Aventuras de Tutuca" album is available for $6 on http://www.monarcalanguage.com. Monarca Language also plans to release three additional sing-along albums with new charming characters, playful themes and expanded vocabulary to keep children entertained and continually tuned in to the Spanish language.
