MILFORD, CT, April 12, 2013 (Press-News.org) Thinklogical LLC today announced the release of a new case study highlighting the performance improvements Netherlands-based audio-visual and broadcast post-production provider United (www.united4all.nl) achieved by upgrading to Thinklogical's fiber optic KVM routing and extension system from a copper-based system.
The case study was released at NAB Show 2013 in Las Vegas, where Thinklogical is demonstrating its solutions for post-production environments in booth number N2819.
United is a full service organization which provides technical and creative support services for multimedia audio-visual productions for many European markets. It is also the biggest facilitator of audio-visual productions in the Netherlands and is Holland's second largest broadcast post operation. When faced with fitting out a new studio with the latest AV and post-production technologies to meet customer demand, United evaluated a wide range of KVM routing and extension products and chose Thinklogical to replace an unreliable and inefficient copper-based KVM solution.
The Thinklogical KVM routing and extension system was easily deployed and integrated with the new studio's technology infrastructure, delivering pristine video quality with no loss of frames or ghosting of images. In addition, the Thinklogical solution has increased productivity and efficiency for United by streamlining workflows and improving collaboration among departments and staff.
