Godwin Lewis PC Adds Bankruptcy Attorney Sidney H. Scheinberg

Firm now representing secured creditors in bankruptcy, litigation matters

DALLAS, TX, April 13, 2013 (Press-News.org) Texas trial and appellate law firm Godwin Lewis PC is pleased to announce the addition of bankruptcy attorney Sidney H. Scheinberg as a shareholder in the firm's Plano and Dallas, Texas, offices.

Mr. Scheinberg's practice focuses on the representation of secured creditors, including automobile finance companies and national banking associations, in bankruptcy litigation and business disputes.

Mr. Scheinberg joins Godwin Lewis from another Dallas based law firm. A former radio broadcaster, he is a frequent speaker at National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees' meetings and leader of continuing legal education courses on bankruptcy. Mr. Scheinberg attended the SMU School of Law and earned his law degree from the Memphis State University School of Law in 1988. He earned his undergraduate degree from Memphis State in 1983.
