PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, April 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) Southern Self Storage has once again partnered with Palm Beach County's Youth For Christ organization to help raise funds for their teen ministry. Both storage locations in West Palm Beach held consecutive yard sales in April which helped the organization raise more than $2,500. The turnout was great, with over 300 people coming out to support this worthy cause and they were not disappointed in what they found. In addition to the yard sale, there was a car wash, blood drive, pet adoption and up to 10 different food trucks at one site. "Our managers take pride in their community events" says Marketing Manager Tresha Powe, "they strive to go beyond the typical yard sale, always coming up with fun activities to attract families". Both West Palm Beach locations plan on hosting another fundraising event in fall.
