The Fit-Friendly program recognizes employers that support the health of employees and work to create a culture of physical activity and health in the workplace. The GOLD level status is given to companies that fulfill criteria such as offering employees physical activity support, increasing healthy eating options at work and promoting a wellness culture.

HCW was selected as a Fit-Friendly company due to the firm's wellness initiatives that are dedicated to improving the health of all employees.
