Trust Deed Forum Add to Their Expert Debt Advisory Panel

CARDIFF, WALES, April 25, 2013 (Press-News.org) Trust-Deed.co.uk have made an additional development to its leading panel of debt experts in a bid to add to the skills and experience of their existing team. The change was brought into effect this month in order to add value and transparency when offering debt advice to customers.

David Tannock, an Insolvency Supervisor at Wyllie & Bisset, joins Trust-Deed.co.uk's specialist advisory panel, which consists of four leading firms as part of a joint collaboration to offer debt advice in Scotland. When many companies offering debt solutions are delivering high-pressured sales pitches, seeking solutions in an unbiased and importantly, propaganda-free environment is becoming increasingly important. To achieve this aim, Trust-Deed.co.uk endeavours to link the public with highly trained specialists from a panel of four established and reputable firms.

Trust-Deed.co.uk's lead adviser, Andrew Graveson, explains: "We aim to create an online interface between residents of Scotland seeking advice and experienced debt solution professionals. We wanted to create a platform where people could talk openly about debt and debt solutions without fewer worries about ulterior motives and opaque advice!"

The website's aim of creating a transparent and neutral environment to discuss debt matters is in stark contrast to many of the self-promoting debt solution providers operating in the industry. Currently the site's forum receives thousands of visits from the public each week and has more than 2,000 signed-up members.

With commercial debt advisers often accused of providing poor advice, the transparent approach of named accountable experts delivering information online has been extremely popular with the public. A 2012 survey, conducted independently by the borrowers cooperative Zero-Credit, indicated that 96% of the respondents were satisfied with the forum's service.

Currently, the expert advisory panel consists of expert members, Mark McFadyen (Philip Gill & Co), Kevin Mapstone (RSM Tenon) and Rob Hardie (Henderson Loggie). Fourth member David Tannock has been following the forum for the past couple of years and found it very "useful and interesting."
