The new Vice Presidents, Guy Stanke and Nancy Bennett, will lead operations and training respectively for the rapidly expanding business. As the newest team members, Stanke and Bennett will have key roles in growing the brand and ensuring its continued success.
With over 35 years in the restaurant industry, Stanke brings prior operations experience from national restaurants such as Ruby Tuesday, O'Charley's and Shoney's. During his time with O'Charley's, Stanke was responsible for overseeing operations for more than 235 locations. At his position with Hurricane Grill & Wings, Stanke will oversee the quality of food and service at each of the 50 restaurants across the country.
