ANGELES CITY, PHILIPPINES, May 03, 2013 (Press-News.org) Starfish Enterprises Ltd. announce the signature of a marketing contract with The Northern Office Innovative Marketing (TNO). The contract signing took place on April 19, 2013. TNO, an independent sales and marketing consultancy, will assist in the re-launching of Starfish Enterprise's marketing of its unique water purification system.

The Chairman and CEO of Starfish, Ian Cummins, stated:
