PORT ORCHARD, WA, May 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) New country music artist, Chase, will be performing at the Harrington Opera House May 11, 2013 at 7pm. Ellie Hedreen, a local Harrington singer, will open the show. Chase is a Lincoln County, Washington, local who recently finished recording his debut album at Blackbird Studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Chase will be performing acoustic versions of his original songs from his album titled "Country State Of Mind" to help raise money for the Harrington Opera House Society's rehabilitation and preservation of the historic building. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for high school students and children, available locally at Harrington Food, Harrington City Hall, AmericanWest Bank-Davenport, The Odessa Record Office, and Ritzville Drug. Limited tickets will be available at the door.
Chase embodies the reality of country living. His genuine songs about life, love, family, and self-respect draw from his personal experiences as a rancher. "I want to do what I can to help my local community," states Chase about the opportunity to perform the concert. The Harrington Opera House Society is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the Harrington Opera House (a.k.a. 1904 Bank Block Building), providing and promoting cultural events and opportunities which enhance community and economic development and promote cultural heritage of the community.
