KnowledgeShift Inc. Launches Talk2CRM a Voice Enablement Application for CRMs

KnowledgeShift Inc., a technology company specializing in IVR and speech recognition applications, has launched a new enterprise voice enablement tool Talk2CRM .

WHEATON, IL, May 17, 2013

This application will accelerate a company's ability to connect critical data fields to their CRM, which will provide key sales performance and metric information that needs to be tracked on a daily basis.

"We're solving a big problem that a lot of companies have", states Nancy Munro, CEO. "Almost every sales rep we know would rather be out selling than inputting data into their CRM. We have tied together our voice enablement system into well-known CRMs like Saleforce.com that will send a text message to a rep after their meeting has taken place. When the sales rep is ready, a simple click on the link in the text and the system calls their phone. Then they just follow the voice prompts to provide the updated information into the CRM. Our customers are amazed at how easy it is to quickly capture the key takeaway information fresh out of a meeting. It's a real time saver."

Talk2CRM is one of the first voice enablement applications on the product launch plan for KnowledgeShift. Future products are in the works including international speech recognition and translation.
