HOUSTON, TX, June 05, 2013 (Press-News.org) The administration of Santa Cruz Apartments (formerly known as Bridges Apartments) has work tremendously to change the image of this complex and improve the quality of life of the residents of this community which is located at the beautiful landscape area of Cypress Creek Parkway and Kuykendahl Rd, the renovation is underway from work being done to the exteriors of the buildings (reinforcement of the structure, painting, new air conditioning, etc.) to renovation inside the units.
But one of the major goals is to maintain the enhancement of the residents themselves along with their children's education, that is why Santa Cruz Apartments has sponsor a community center that features a functioning Library, and other valuable FREE resources, such as rooms for computer and ESL classes available for all adults and children of Spanish residents. "There is also tutoring available for kids after school, which is one of the resources we are most proud to offer" says the manager of the complex Azam Farooqui.
"We believe strongly in the Hispanic people who contribute so much to our state," said Ash Kumar CEO of Ashford Communities who owns the Santa Cruz Apartments. "We hope we can do even more now to help them with the free programs offered in the community center inside the complex, like After School, Tutoring and ESL"
Ash Kumar firmly acknowledge that the Hispanic community is very important and cannot be overlooked, knowing that Hispanic represented 44% of the Houston population in 2011 this is a growing trend that actually represent 47.7% of the total population only in the Harris county with 2,071,833 Hispanic, according to the Department of State Health Services.
For this reason all Ashford Communities' apartment complexes count with bilingual personnel to serve all the current and future spanish-speaking residents especially at Santa Cruz Apartments.
Santa Cruz Apartments, found as well at http://www.santacruzhouston.com, is looking to serve the families around north Houston/Spring area offering them a valid and unique alternative that provide free care and education to all its residents.
Besides its bilingual websites, Santa Cruz Apartments can be reached at the number 281-440-7500 to find out about the 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms floor plans.
