Carrier tracking available through the engine includes: FedEx, APC, UK Mail, City-Link, La Poste, DHL, DPD, HDNL, Hermes, Interlink, Parcelforce, Royal Mail Special, Tuffnells, TNT and UPS, etc. The platform is free of charge and requires no registration or log-in.

Pitney Bowes has re-skinned parcel-track.com, calling the service 'Track a parcel' - one of a series of apps featured on the groundbreaking Connect + Series. After two taps on the Connect + Series' full-colour touch-screen, the mailroom operator can retrieve any tracking information and answer internal or customer queries within seconds.
