The opening of Pardee Homes' newest neighborhood, Meadow Ridge at Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore, was a hit with area home shoppers who arrived early and lined up to tour the models at the June 1st grand opening. Steady traffic and eager buyers resulted in six sales the first week.
