(http://www.casnc.com/), a community and homeowners association management services firm, has announced the addition of two North Carolina communities, PNC Plaza Condominiums in Raleigh and Topsail Reef Condominiums in Topsail Island, to the firm's management portfolio. CAS, Inc. will provide management services for both communities' Condominium Owners' Associations (COAs). These managers will work to maintain strong relationships with area vendors, which will help produce positive and cost-efficient solutions to residents' needs. In addition, they will work closely with the board of directors for the PNC Plaza and Topsail Reef communities to address current and future needs.
