BRIDGEWATER, NJ, November 06, 2010 (Press-News.org) Integrity House, a nationally recognized non-profit substance abuse rehabilitation center with locations in Newark and Secaucus, will host its annual Past, Present & Future Gala Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Hilton Short Hills. The Past, Present and Future Gala is known as a "must attend" event on the Fall social calendar and an important annual source of funding for Integrity House's Initiative for Women and Children.
This black tie event will include a reception, silent auction, and an evening of dancing to the big band sounds of Alan Quinn and his Orchestra. Community leaders, large and small N.J. corporations, and charitable patrons will join at the gala, themed this year as "The Amethyst Affair."
Through its annual Gala, Integrity House recognizes New Jersey leaders who have truly made a difference in the community and in the lives of those who suffer from addiction. This year's honoree is Thomas H. Kean, former governor and one of New Jersey's most revered politicians. United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey Paul Fishman will be honored with the Community Partnership Award, and Roger Bodman, Senior Partner at Public Strategies Impact, will be recognized as Honorary Chairman.
"The annual Past, Present and Future Gala, and other community events, allows Integrity House to expand and improve its programs and continue to provide the most effective and genuine treatment for individuals suffering from substance abuse and their families," said David Kerr, founder and president of Integrity House. "We express our sincere gratitude for the coordination and support of the Honorary, Event, Young Professionals and Junior Committees, and the many generous donors who have contributed to Integrity House over the years."
The Initiative for Women & Children at Integrity House addresses the unique needs of women through family stabilization, substance abuse treatment and intensive care management. Integrity House strives to meet the growing need for comprehensive treatment of mothers with their children, with the ultimate goal of family reunification with a capable, safe, and healthy mother.
Individual tickets for the gala are available for $500, $400 and $325 per person. Additional opportunities are available for leadership gifts, sponsorship tables, journal ads, and silent auction donations.
